@kayosports_help this problem is across multiple devices and is solved when I switch to 4G backup. so clearly you have banned an IP that the ISP has assigned me. it has happened before. also are you able to advise how I am able to request for refund for service unavailability
@PepperstoneFX unable to trade #DE40. open positions cant be closed, new positions cant be opened. support took 30mins to understand a simple problem that trades cant be opened or closed.....

@NBN_Australia so for the umpteenth time. I've got drop out issues, my neighbours too... everytime before this it was a lose jumper. my RSP say I am on a "complex assurance trial" by nbn so the 48hr SLA doesnt apply. I certainly did not opt into this nonsense
