@RoyalMail You are neglecting letters and regular post in place of parcels nationwide. You might see yourselves as a “parcels business” but the only reason you hold the position you do is that you are entrusted to deliver letters to the UK. Fulfil your mandate.

@RoyalMailHelp I am waiting on 1st class letters posted 25th Nov. Why are you severely neglecting letters in place of parcels? When will you fix this? Please answer with something other than “We’re sorry you’ve not had many deliveries, have you spoken to neighbours” etc…thanks.

@NickO_L1805 @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailHelp will tell you no to this question, but I went down to my delivery office and they did go in the back and get my letters for me. The second time I had a different guy and he refused. It depends who you get but yes - quite possibly.

@RoyalMailHelp Hi Andy, My postman has specifically told me that they are being told not to deliver letters. I have not received a letter since last Tuesday. The priorotisiation of parcels vs letters is now making national news. It's worrying as we have no other options for letters.
