As I know some of our NFT validator node operators acquired them from third parties and don’t have direct access to private project updates. Over 99%+ of OTG users are still on the testnet. NFT validator nodes are currently decoding HEXes only for the first mainnet cohort of 21K migrated users, and commissions for the decoding are paid to them by users accordingly. The migration process is ongoing. HEX decoding is picking up, and mainnet activity continues to grow.
