@EvansCycles thanks for accepting my order and then cancelling it with no explanation 4 weeks later: apparently I can re-order from the website. No thanks, and I recommend everyone else avoid.
@EvansCycles Do you think that this is good customer service. ordered bike in December. Not delivered due to IT issue (really) and then cancelled by Evans with no explanation. My advice - buy your bike somewhere else.

@TLRailUK yet again- This time the train is randomly rerouted and will not call at my station. It’s the last train that goes direct. Thanks Thameslink for an utterly rubbish service and your support for honest commuters trying to get home at the end of a long day
@TLRailUK so, yesterday no trains at all and today the train I managed to get on has a fault and will stop at east croyden - this is shoddy service. Just because we are a captive audience it doesn’t mean that you can treat us as you like. Improve your management !
@TLRailUK @chrisburgeuk Such unavoidable situations happen to all of us, and I’m sure we all accept that- However the frequency of such events for Thameslink seems uncommonly high - likely speaking to other issues- such as bad management, bad planning, underfunding and lack of interest in customers
@TLRailUK yet again a cancelled train. Come on thameslink - this is the most unreliable service on the network and some of us really rely on you to get to work. You make Commuting very hard indeed
@TLRailUK yet again my train cancelled from city thameslink to east grinstead (2nd cancellation today) - I assume that this line and your passengers are not considered important
