Problem: You want to share skills across the company.

Solution: Use Claude's plugin marketplace.

Here's how:
1. Put the skills in a GitHub repo with a simple marketplace.json manifest (describes the group of skills).
2. Configure the Anthropic org settings to auto install the skills in the GitHub repo.

Two big wins:
1. Everyone gets the skills by default. No hunting around or manual install required.
2. If we update the skills, everyone gets the last version immediately.

We’re announcing: VibeBench, a new benchmark for what actually matters — how models feel when used on real work by experienced software engineers.

But, we need your help. Here’s how it works:

1. An initial cohort of 1000 qualified software engineers (join: https://t.co/07nrXfMthQ)

2. Groups of 250 evaluate new models for 2 days on real work.

3. Participants subjectively rank the model relative to other models they have experience with.

4. On day 4 a report is released with objective results derived from the subjective tests.

How can you help:

@michalnavratil9 Taky jsem na to koukal jak puk, když jsme tam byli v lednu. Vypadalo to stejně ikdyž bylo přes den -8 C, lidi pořád jezdili. Je to tak, že to nebí ani o kopcích, ani o počasí. 👍
