BREAKING: PAYBACK! Journalist Maggie Haberman hits Trump right where it hurts by going on TV after his attack and bluntly declaring: “There is no polling where this President is popular."

This is going to prompt another Truth Social meltdown...

"Let's put it that way," Haberman added after dropping her pitch-perfect soundbite. “And there is no polling where he is not in trouble on the issue of affordability."

Haberman, who writes for The New York Times, made the remarks during an appearance on CNN’s “The Source” with Kaitlan Collins. The anchor had just brought up a stunning CNN poll that shows Trump with a net approval rating of -32 points. The Republican Party has a similarly awful net favorability rating of -21 points.

"I will note that, repeatedly, the word 'affordability' was used at his Oval Office event today on healthcare, despite him repeatedly saying it’s a hoax," said Haberman. "This is the kind of thing that Republicans who are in these districts that are embattled do not want to be dealing with."

These are undeniable facts that Haberman has presented. Trump is underwater with the American people because his disastrous Iran War has devastated the global economy and he seems completely uninterested in finding solutions. Instead, he's fixated on his ballroom and renaming bodies of water.

It's not the content of Haberman's remarks that is most noteworthy, it's the fact that she boldly went on television so soon after Trump launched a deeply deranged attack against her. Last Friday, he penned a lengthy Truth Social post calling her "Maggot Hagerman" and smeared her reporting as fake news. He even insulted her physical appearance, calling her "an unattractive person both inside and out."

A lot of reporters would have recoiled from the spotlight after being targeted by the most powerful, vindictive man in the world. Instead, Haberman continues to report the facts, even those that are sure to enrage the President.

BREAKING: "Pinky Herman!?" Dementia Don accidentally invents a made-up character out of thin air while pathetically grasping for a way to insult Jon Ossoff.

"I was... I fought Ossoff before as you know... And we won. I had a great success against this guy. He reminds me of Pinky Herman. Do you ever see Pinky Herman?" a very sweaty Trump asked at a rally in Georgia.

No Donald, we never see Pinky Herman because Pinky Herman does not exist.

This was presumably a result of the President's rotting, cottage cheese brain fumbling for and failing to conjure the name "Pee-wee Herman," a popular children's character played by Paul Reubens.

The gaffe is extra funny because instead of saying "did you ever see," he said "do you ever see," as if this is some kind of recurring hallucination that millions suffer from. Apparently, our fellow Americans are being plagued by prophetic visions of a creature named "Pinky Herman" and the President counts himself among that number.

For the record, Ossoff bears no resemblance to the nonexistent Pinky Herman OR the fictional Pee-wee Herman. The incredibly tepid nature of this attack just underlines how little Republicans have to throw at Senator Ossoff, who is a generationally talented speaker and lawmaker.

During the same event, Trump also referred to "The Hormuz Street" instead of the Strait of Hormuz.

Honestly folks, what more can we even say at this point? We can't get through a single day without the President of the United States devolving into nonsensical ramblings brought on by his rapidly accelerating cognitive deterioration.

The time for invoking the 25th Amendment is well past. Every day that this man remains President is a national embarrassment, to say nothing of the profound danger he poses.

We watched Trump's dangerous and deranged speech so you don't have to. Here are the moments you need to know about:

— He openly laid groundwork to challenge the midterms. He claimed our elections were "compromised," clearly setting up the justification to tamper with results before a single vote is counted.

— He said he'll "correct vulnerabilities" in our elections. Translation: he told you exactly what he plans to interfere with.

— He contradicted himself on China in real time. He first claimed China was "working to influence" and "undermining confidence" in him, then said he was doing a "great job" with them back when he made the claim. He couldn't keep his own conspiracy straight.

— He claimed China rigged the 2020 election, this time by getting journalists to write bad stories about him, because China supposedly wanted Biden to win since Trump was "wise to them."

— He said they found "burn bags" from the Obama Administration full of supposedly incriminating material, without ever saying what was actually in them.

— He said he needs "urgent measures" to stop our elections from being "hacked," citing Maduro's rigged machines in Venezuela in 2020 as his "evidence."

— He attacked networks for not airing him live, accusing them of being "part of the conspiracy to rig elections" and suggesting they should lose their broadcast licenses.

— He announced he wants to seize voter data from states he's deemed "vulnerable" ahead of the midterms.

This was a sitting president telegraphing, step by step, how he plans to undermine the 2026 midterms with egregious lies and conspiracy theories.

BREAKING: PARDON IMPLOSION! Rapper Boosie Badazz files a massive lawsuit alleging that he paid for a pardon from Trump and never received it.

This is a stunning look under the corruption hood...

Boosie Badazz, real name Torence Hatch Jr., alleges that he paid $600,000 to the MAGA-connected DC lobbyist firm JM Burkman & Associates to obtain a pardon for a 2023 incident in which he was convicted for bringing a loaded weapon to a music video shoot.

Hatch has filed suit to recover half of the sum he paid for the backroom maneuvering because the pardon never materialized.

According to The Guardian, this suit could portend an entirely new "genre of litigation stemming from Trump’s habit during his second presidency of doling out pardons en masse to people whom he considers to be aligned with him and were convicted of federal crimes."

In other words, Trump has so debased presidential pardons by handing them out for money and favors that a shadowy secondary market has sprung up in which brokers, both fraudulent and genuine, offer to obtain pardons for clients in return for large sums of money. The Guardian refers to it as the "clemency economy" and it's a thriving, hidden market through which millions of dark dollars flow. A criminal President breeds a criminal country.

In this instance, lobby records prove that Hatch hired the firm in question to pursue his pardon. The lobbyists eventually falsely informed Hatch that Trump had signed the pardon and they were simply waiting for the announcement. It never came.

Hatch stated that the lobbyists, far-right convicted felons Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman, were "real aggressive – they were talking like they had Trump on speed dial.”

When Hatch's attorney contacted the White House for clarification, administration officials insisted that they had never received the request in the first place.

Regardless of the truth of this specific case, this scandal is the natural result of allowing a convicted felon, adjudicated rapist, and alleged pedophile to wield the power of the presidential pardon. He was always going to use it to destroy the very idea of the law itself.

Once we have subpoena power again, Democrats need to investigate every single one of Trump's pardons and prosecute every single act of corruption.

Former President Barack Obama finally acknowledged Trump's bizarre, creepy obsession with him during an appearance on ALL THE SMOKE with Matt Barnes & Stephen Jackson today.

One of the hosts pointed out that the "leader of this current administration is still very fascinated" with President Obama and his family, despite the fact he's been "out of office [for] nearly 10 years now."

"Look, you gotta ask him what it is — the obsession ... I obviously, you know, have a room in his head —," Obama began.
