@HMRCcustomers As I was unable to access governmnet gteway I rang the number on screen I was put in call queue and they keep telling you to hang on and wait for the next advisor - So thought I would see how long it would take Have now been in call queue for 64 mins and 54 secs

Yodel Tried phoning but you get put thru to customer services again and they don't have the number of the depot. Have spent hours on the phone and computer to them yesterday and this morning . Disgusted

Yodel Appalling customer service - paid for parcel to be delivered yesterday - they mislaid it and ithas now turned up. As parcel urently required said I would go to local depot to collect it. Guess what they can't contact the local depot from the customer service system
