Shocked to receive this report. The verification officer (A sikh guy) came to my house, sat, had a considerably lengthy conversation, was served water & cold drink, checked many documents including my birth certificate, school certificate, voter ID & is this what he submitted?
So your driver makes me wait for about 10 minutes with 2 phone calls while your app keeps showing 1 minute. Then he conveniently cancels the ride and I get penalised for it... Wow @ola_supports@Olacabs
@rapidobikeapp R u guys insane? Within 2 minutes, I'vee pressed 4 times "I am alright" & got 5 calls.. what else do you want? Track the live location of your rider and send a police van behind me if this is so concerning. I appreciate the security concerns but not the insanity.

I've been trying to connect with the Election Office, South Delhi but there has been no response since morning. I have called them 10+ times.
@Swiggy@SwiggyCares Do you penalise the restaurants that cancel the orders after confirmation & making YOUR CUSTOMERS wait for it? If refund is the only thing a customer needed, we wouldn't place the order in the first place.
