Terrible experience at @belgianwaffleco Kora Kendra, Borivali. Waited 30–40 minutes for a waffle. Milkshake was unavailable because they had no ice. They don’t give extra tissues. Complaint book not provided to register a complaint. Think 100 times before visiting.

@chiragbarjatya The root cause of this issue is our drainage system. Because our drainage lines discharge waste into the deep sea, the monsoon rains and high tides wash this debris back ashore every year. The BMC must implement proper planning to ensure that only liquid effluent is discharged.
