🚨 FORMAL ESCALATION – SERIOUS SAFETY & RELIABILITY ISSUE 🚨

My Tata Curvv Petrol is facing the SAME starting failure around 6–7 TIMES, including yesterday & today.

Ignition works, but the car does NOT start. Sometimes it starts only after waiting 1–1.5 HOURS and trying again. This is happening even after service centre repair.

This repeated failure is extremely concerning and creates a serious safety and reliability risk even though a new vehicle. A vehicle cannot be considered reliable if it can suddenly become non-operational without warning.

There are also a other few problems related to the instrumentation cluster.

I request the Tata Motors senior management team to immediately intervene, identify the ROOT CAUSE, and provide a PERMANENT SOLUTION. Please do not treat this as a routine service issue.
