Two victims were rescued from this single story residence in Walnut Creek this evening. Crews made a very aggressive fire attack and quick search to locate, remove, and transport the patients to the hospital. This fire in particular shows the importance of real life training.

Slow down and move over when approaching emergency vehicles. Truck 1 was struck by a Tesla while blocking I-680 lanes from a previous accident. Driver pronounced dead on-scene; passenger was extricated & transported to hospital. Four firefighters also transported for evaluation.

E325 rescued a dog from the interior of the structure. The dog was in distress so the crew from E9 treated him on scene. When E9 discovered that the owner’s car keys were destroyed in the fire, they offered to transport the pup to a local vet for care…#PalmIC
