How come @BJP4Bengal involved in this? This pathological liar @amitmalviya has a peculiar habit of jumping into everything and anything he doesn’t know about at all. In this case, he’s either ill informed by the Bengal unit of his party or he’s taking credit from other’s performance as he usually does.

For your information Mr Malviya, the entire credit goes to @INTUCWB affiliated Confederation of State Government Employees headed by Sri #MalayMukhopadhyay and other prominent leaders of its Bengal unit and thanks to their tireless efforts and prolonged fight against the injustice of the state government, this victory has been achieved and the Supreme Court has instructed the West Bengal government to provide a 25% DA (Dearness Allowance) to State government employees within four weeks.

Please note Mr Malviya that the case was initially filed by Shri Mukherjee, the General Secretary, Confederation of State Government Employees (affiliated to INTUC -WB) nine years ago. Following a favorable verdict in the tribunal, High Court Single & Double Bench, and still being ignored by the State Government, the case ultimately proceeded to the Supreme Court. After 17 adjournments, and spending a hell lot of a money and enormous sleepless nights by these leaders and their followers, the Supreme Court has delivered a favorable verdict today, explicitly stating that DA is an entitlement of employees and that must be granted.

We welcome the verdict and consider it a victory for West Bengal State government employees, who has always received able and continuous support from Bengal Unit of INTUC.

So, please restrain and restrict yourself and tell your colleagues in West Bengal to steer clear of from this.
