@eXtraStores why is there a penalty on customer when the product’s internal packaging was not intact. laptop had torn cover after box opening. But store wants me to bear 30% cost. Thats #unfair#wrong and #bad experience. Do i trust extra blindly that it was never used earlier

@stccare_ksa I already tried hard with chat support. When i woke up i had 10gb. Then i had to add another sawa internet. Which aleo vanished in an hour. Got no clear input from chat. I am left with zero local data
