*BRICS Trade union Forum Summit 2026, begins on 14th July at Hyderabad*
India as Presidency is hosting BRICS summit in September 2026. There are many verticals on different sectors. The BRICS Trade Union Summit 2026 is one of the vertical. The BMS being the largest central trade union of India and Presidency will be hosting BRICS Trade Union Summit in Hyderabad from 14-16th July 2026.
Around 110 delegates from 14 countries will be participating. The countries participating are - Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Belarus, Malaysia and Nigeria.
The Indian Presidency has prioritized four important areas as top priorities and formed 4 task task forces to study and present their recommendations to the summit.

1)Social Security for All
2)Skills for Future World of Work
3)Women and the Future of Work
4)Human Centric Technology & Artificial Intelligence
As a part of the summit the BMS is organizing “ Workers Confluence”. On 14th July 2026 at 6.00PM IST. Around 1500 hundred workers from government sector, private sector, public sector, social security sector and unorganized sector will be participating . there will be a grand reception for the 14 countries delegates.

Updates of Prescheduled Meeting of Team AIGETOA with Hon'ble MoSC on dated 14.07.2026.

Team AIGETOA had a detailed exhaustive prescheduled meeting with Honble MoSC Shri Pemmasani Chandra Shekhar Ji. We had a detailed discussion over all the issues including the Pending Committee Reports and the Burning Uttrakhand Pilot Restg issue. We apprised Hon'ble Minister about the ground level feedback and requested for his urgent necessary intervention.

Hon'ble Minister personally went through all the issues and assured for immediate necessary directions to BSNL. The meeting lasted around 20-25 mins.

Executives serving the same organization, drawing salaries from the same revenue account, deserve equal treatment in Pay, Perks and Career Progression.

If Officers on Deemed Deputation are eligible for 7th CPC (and soon 8th CPC), while Regular Employees are denied even legitimate HR benefits citing affordability, the policy requires urgent review.

A company cannot have two standards for employees serving the same organization.
