@pnbindia on 29 Jan deposited Rs 125000. 00 (one lakh twenty five thousnad) in BNA machine installed at sector 4 Branch Panchkula Haryana. Deposit not confirmed and staff told me that they will open the machine tomorrow and will confirm ur deposit. 2

On 30 Jan Cashier of the branch confirmed that ur cash is there and now new guidelines are there and according to that they will inform head office about the transaction and they will credit the amount in ur account. Now it’s 31 evening and still the amount is not credited.

When I contact the branch they said it will take more days as informed by their IT officer. Is it banking ? When a person deposit the money in BNA machine that’s means some emergency is there.
