टेलीकॉम इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर में #BSNL के पास संसाधन प्राइवेट कंपनियों से कहीं अधिक हैं, फिर भी ऐसा लगता है कि सरकार की नीतियाँ उसे कमजोर कर रही हैं।

सरकार ऐसे सर्कुलर लाती है, जिनके तहत BSNL को कोरिया, जापान जैसे देशों से बेहतर टेक्नोलॉजी लेने की अनुमति नहीं होती और उसे केवल मेक इन इंडिया के तहत ही खरीद करनी पड़ती है।

एक तरफ BSNL पर पाबंदियाँ लगाई जाती हैं, वहीं दूसरी तरफ प्राइवेट कंपनियों को खुली छूट मिलती है। यह सरकार का दोहरा रवैया क्यों है?

आज प्राइवेट कंपनियाँ उपभोक्ताओं को नई-नई टेक्नोलॉजी दे रही हैं, जबकि BSNL की सेवाएँ कई जगह कमजोर होती जा रही हैं या बंद हो रही हैं।

देशहित में यह आवश्यक है कि BSNL और अन्य सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की कंपनियों (PSU) को मजबूत ���िया जाए, ताकि वे बेहतर सेवाएँ दे सकें और निजी कंपनियों के साथ स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा कर सकें।

तो पूरा देश ठहर जाएगा।

सोचिए—
न ऑनलाइन पेमेंट चलेगा,
न टिकट बुकिंग,
न मैप,
न स्कूल की ऑनलाइन क्लास,
न हॉस्पिटल की रिपोर्ट,
न OTP… कुछ भी नहीं।

पूंजीवाद का ये सिर्फ़ ट्रेलर था।
असली डर उस दिन है
जब एक–दो कॉरपोरेट हाथ खड़े कर देंगे
और सरकार हमेशा की तरह बोलेगी—
“हम स्थिति पर नज़र बनाए हुए हैं।”

देश चलता है जनता पर,
और जनता फँसती है हर बार।
नेताओं की फ्लाइट नहीं रुकती,
उनका इंटरनेट नहीं बंद होता…
लेकिन आम आदमी?

वही लाइन में खड़ा होता है,
वही पिसता है,
वही संकट झेलता है।

याद रखिए—
एकाधिकार (Monopoly) जितना बढ़ेगा,
संकट भी उतना ही “राष्ट्रीय” होता जाएगा।
