Bought a #OnePlusNord6 in April 2026. Within just 3 months, the battery started swelling and damaged the back panel.
Submitted the phone to an authorized service centre on 27 July 2026. Today is 18 August, and I still don't have my phone back.

My question is simple: Why is a customer's device being kept for more than 3 weeks without a clear resolution or return date?
