@careem and now after not being able to deliver my order for 2 hours you have actually charged me for delivery. Fantastic. At a loss of words

@careem After over an hours wait, I’ve had to organize someone to pick up my order. Please do not inconvenience your customers like this

[Vinay Shet @vinayshet]

@careem You’ve just ruined a Sunday evening for my family. Order number 55340644. 3 riders have reached the location without cash to buy my order, clearly complaining that they are not given cash to purchase for the buy anything service

My FB account keeps getting disabled. On certain groups I’ve put out hiring posts. These groups are meant to hire maids in Dubai. Can anyone help me reach out to FB and figure out why??

[Vinay Shet @vinayshet]

@MetropolisLab I need someone to connect with me about a report which is delayed beyond reason. Your call centre is useless and unable to help

Does anyone in Vodafone Idea care about their customers or is the plan to charge incorrectly and increase profits?

[Vinay Shet @vinayshet]

@ViCustomerCare just had a 46 minute call with your representatives who could not help. Pathetic is an understatement for how you guys operate. And 46 minutes when I am out of the country on international roaming. I have been charged an additional amount in my last 2 bills

@uaegov Would this also apply if the visit visa expired in February? Wanting to convert my spouse's visa to residency but there is an overstay fine. Can this please be considered for a waiver too.
