@BadveRewa Some people have gone 2 days before from Navi Mumbai to Haryana by taxi.They have applied pass from Riagad dist .Pass was issued.Dnt know about Mumbai. My case is different because I have to come back to Navi Mumbai after picking up family. I think flight may start from 18may.
