@lynchk16 3A: lobbyists are people who try to persuade the govt to create policies that benefit their own interest groups. In my opinion I don’t think it is regulated well due to the fact that it is hard to create regulations that don’t violate the 1st #lynchapgovmob #lynchapgovtwitterchat
