Dear @TELUS@TELUSsupport I'm on day 4 of failing service on ticket 1159228. More issues now cropping up. TV not working, internet a mess.
Your promises have not happened and your callbacks not made.
There are other companies that can provide TV Internet and Security to me.
Seems to be the way of the world lately, sigh
@TELUSsupport 3h24m most of it on hold trying to resolve a network issue including an un-communicated hour long outage of my service. Why does it take so long to escalate?

In the game of life, winners build others. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a joke made at the expense of another person that accomplished what it was intended to do, unless that intent was to shame or anger that other person.
If you have to say, “I was only joking/kidding” afterwards, then it should not have been said in the first place.
Gonna take a second to acknowledge the dedicated journalists out here covering #Jasper wildfires. CityNews, CBC, Radio Canada, Global, CTV all helping each other, working long hours in rough conditions, hanging in late now to provide an essential service.
