Thanks for the heads-up on the two-hour tram line yesterday @Snowbird. You have a mobile app. You have Twitter. Both are great platforms for providing these types of updates.
@sierra_time I go at 1 and ski for no more than two hours. Guaranteed (almost) to be no traffic on the way up and typically not too bad on the way down when leaving that early. Sure, it’s not a ton of ski time each day I go, but I go often.
@ozskier Years ago they would (periodically) station an officer at the mouth of LCC when it was restricted and turn people around if they didn't meet the requirements. I see officers in the canyon all the time during restricted periods. Why don't they ticket obvious offenders?
Went to a local @WarbyParker retail store here in SLC. Was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I got my last pair of glasses from WP in 2011 and was wondering if the customer service was still top-notch. It absolutely is. All businesses should follow WP's lead.
How to ensure it snows in the Wasatch: Have a surgical procedure that doesn't allow you to ski for a few months. Hip surgery Monday coincided with 12" of fresh at Alta. You're welcome Utah skiers.
I have a question about an order from @Marmot. Over the past week I have called 10 times and no one has ever answered the phone. I have emailed them twice and filled out two online customer contact forms - and received zero responses. Not a great way to get or keep customers.
Had an absolutely amazing experience with @FlyFrontier in Denver. Confirmation snafu (on my end) and the woman at the ticket counter straightened it out and got me on a flight I could not miss.
In the interest if giving credit where credit is due, I recently had THE best experience in my travel history with @united flight attendant Tony Malley. Amazing attitude, amazing energy. You need more like her; every company does.
