2/2 @ConradNashville says valet is 3rd party and not their issue. Valet says they don’t see a ding on arrival or departure, it must have happened in the 1/2 mile trip we did leaving the hotel. We stopped to look it over because we couldn’t drop the negligence of mud in the car.

1/2 Stayed at the @ConradNashville this weekend and left our 1 week old car with valet. When we go to checkout, the car has a ding on quarter panel to metal and the interior and seats have mud on them.
