@KenyaPower_Care Hi customer care i'm having challenges with my smart meter I have uploaded the tokens and at one time it says the tokens are used and it indicates the tokens are loaded but the lights aren't coming up. Please help. 92105027111

@KenyaPower_Care My neighbor is currently experiencing the same issue I faced earlier with tokens being rejected. The last time this happened, you sent me Token 1 and Token 2 . Today, it’s his turn, and his meter number is 92105026931. Could you please assist us with this as well?
