Buy the apartments. Work with the public agency to remove the deed restriction. Market /sell as condos-existing renters get first shot. Demand =$

@muddsicle @Keith_Wasserman @joeybaum13 @moseskagan One of the primary reasons entry level home ownership in CA crashed after 2010 is because a huge percentage of new for sale product stopped due to predictable condo litigation - this the surge of apartments. This dramatically reduced entry level housing and household wealth.

The prices to reverse a condo deed restriction is ministerial- especially if the apartments were built to condo standards and properly parked. CA needs for sale supply - conversion after 10 yrs is a great move

This cycle features apartments intentionally built to convert to condos
