It's incredible what's happening with @Topstep these days. They know that in December of last year and this January the platform experienced some problems, but they only fixed it for some people, not everyone who was affected. In my case, two combined accounts and one funded account were affected, and it turns out that if I don't have a video of the failure at the exact moment it happened—as if I were a magician who could predict exactly when a failure would occur—they won't fix anything. It's truly disappointing that they're acting this way, and what's even more frustrating is that they themselves announced the problem but aren't providing solutions for the traders. I trusted that they would resolve the issue with my three accounts because it was due to a platform error, but I've completely lost faith because they won't fix anything without a video.

How disappointing. I hope that even though they won't resolve my issue, they will at least help those people who need their accounts to provide for their families.
