@ackadeka @noemiconcarne its supposed to be goofy, its supposed to be fun and just because the terminology used within it doesnt necessarily hold up in the modern day does not mean that its bad, or even that its offensive. those were the terms they had to pull from to describe queerness in the 70s.

@ackadeka @noemiconcarne you have to consider that it was a movie made in the 70s. the representation within it was woke as hell for that time period, and even more so, a very bold thing to release. the perception of queerness was entirely different then and I think it still holds up as camp queer media.
