A year before 7/7 I was stabbed, beaten and left for dead on a street in Manchester. It was a gang of Somali youths. My colleagues - I was working at a university - couldn’t bring themselves to blame the perpetrators. It was poverty, it was me, it was anything. But it wasn’t the masked thugs with stanley knives.
7/7 was the same. London Mayor Ken Livingstone urged us not to apportion blame. Even now the MSM refuses to acknowledge the Islamist nature of the crime. It’s an extraordinary state of affairs.
Years later, in 2017, when twenty-two people, some of them children, were killed in the Manchester Arena attack, history repeated itself. Don’t look back in anger. One Love. Shit poetry.
The stabbing I got over. But it took me years to come to terms with the pathetic reaction from the hand-wringing identitarians. That was really, really damaging. So I understand full well the harm we do to ourselves when we pretend 7/7 was some bizarre and contextless tragedy.
It was Islamist terror - and there’s more to come.
And you know what? We have absolutely no hope of effectively dealing with it.
Today, women in Afghanistan are being shot in the streets simply for anting an education, wanting a job. Wanting to work and wanting to walk outside without a man's permission.
Taliban security forces killed one person and several wounded. Dozens arrested including women and girls.
It started last Friday, when Taliban imams announced from mosque loudspeakers that women were forbidden from leaving their homes without full hijab, including face cover.
Morality police flooded Herat's streets, markets, and shopping centers, batons in hand, arresting women for their clothing.
Just one day after some men in the West rolled out the red carpet for the Taliban, normalizing them, legitimizing them, shaking their hands, you can see how savagely women being shot and beaten up in the streets.

Flashback: Senior Palestinian TV commentator Jamil Ziyada admits that all they want is to kill Jews and destroy Israel. He explains that Palestinians are simply Muslims who cannot coexist with Jews. He adds that for Palestinians, the only acceptable way to solve the conflict is by fighting and killing all the Jews to end Israel’s existence through Jihad (Islam’s holy war). According to him, Palestinian Muslims teach their children from a very young age to aspire to murder Jews as human sacrifices for Allah (god of Muslims). He insists that killing Jews is at the core of Palestinian Islamic culture.
What do you think about this? Is this what the media in the west describes as a religion of peace?
Excellent letter. Guildford, his ACC and the PCC have behaved disgracefully and have in their conduct discredited front line officers in their force and degraded public trust in policing.
There must be consequences
Save Jennifer Melle. Please sign. I despair of those running our nhs! Especially today with the superb win by the Darlington nurses, but our nurses should not have to tolerate this vile sex discrimination & persecution. Hold those in charge responsible.. https://t.co/TAOipD9mm8

Let’s be honest for once: if jokes get you jail time, this isn’t a free country anymore. Where does it stop?
My father was an Iran–Iraq war veteran. At 18, after he was banned from continuing his education by the Islamic Republic, the state dragged him into mandatory military service and sent him to the front. He came back shattered, carrying lifelong PTSD. He was told it was to defend Iran and Iranians from Iraqi invaders. Now, that same regime has imported Iraqi militias to kill Iranians.
