@MAS I had a flight booked from BLR to KUL yesterday. When I reached the check-in counter, I was not allowed to check in along with the 7 family members travelling with me. The person in charge pointed out that the DOB in my visa is different than the DOB on my passport.

Kindly assist me with a refund for the previous flight or offer me a complimentary seat on my next flight once i receive my new visa. @MAS

@MAS This was no fault of mine as the fault was made by the Malaysian embassy and visa agent. I am trying hard to get a new visa as soon as possible so that i can join my family in Malaysia.
