@Anuana10 Indian judiciary is indeed a joke. My mom's gratuity has been stuck since she retired in Oct-Nov 2007. She passed away in 2018. My 87-year old father, my 42-year old brother and I still go for hearings. The school management and their lawyer are hardly available. Shameless!
