@RailwaySeva In A1 many seats (especially side lower & side upper) don’t even have charging points. Without basic amenities, how can the local support team even help?
not just my issue almost the entire A1 coach is facing the same problem.
Indian Railways needs to seriously improve services.

Today I am traveling in Vaishali Express (Train No15566) with a Tatkal ticket in 2nd AC and paid ₹2784 for the journey. However I am facing an issue as there are no charging points available near the Side Lower and Side Upper berths

Day by day charges are increasing, but facilities seem to be decreasing. I am not the only one facing this issue — this problem exists across the entire A1 coach, affecting many passengers(Side lower/side upper)

take necessary action to ensure charging points are available for all berths in AC coaches. This will greatly improve passenger comfort.

@hotstar_helps As per your replied in DM i am not happy with your point because as per RBI rules you don't have permission to save my UPI payment auto still I am requesting you please check and cancelled my auto payment it should not payment automatic when need I will do.

I did payment of Hotstar by phonepe upi in dec 2021 but it showing auto payment till now so just want to know who give permission to set auto payment please remove it if not remove then I will never use it.

@hotstar_helps I have replied with my number in DM so please check it and remove from my account we have only right to do payment when need. and there should be flexible option to remove itself but there is no option.
