Getting batting deep,and chasing more,is Gambhir's way.
Bt,I feel,play 5 specialist bowlers and chase 25-30 less.

@vikrantgupta73 I am very much surprised to see no Prince yadav in any format,even when he impressed so much in England.
Thats the biggest issue under Gambhir's era,he gets a chance in all format,when he has no international experience.
And when,he performed in England,he is out from all formats

Gambhir doesn't understand the need of specialists.
Just play ur 6 best batsman and 5 best bowlers,whether how they can help in other field or not

And that's bcoz u don't make a pool of 7 playrs and jst play them regular in a single format
U keep changing bowling every series
Bhuvi,Prasidh,krunal pandya,arshdeep,varun,kuldeep,Rasik salam/praful hinge
Play them without dropping 15 matches

Dropping seniors is not only the solution,pick those who r performing,and make a core team of 15-17 and back them is the way.
These 2 have made indian team into a disaster

India was a team,who use to win 80% of the matches,in any format,untill dravid's tenure,and 95% of the series,one or 2 series would lose in a year.
Now they r winning 20%,nd winning just against minnows
