@IndiaPostOffice I booked a parcel through Speed Post on 26 dec’ from Rehabari SO, and it reached Guwahati PH on 27 Dec’25. Today is 2 jan’26, but there is no update regarding the same.
I request you to investigate the delay at Guwahati PH, ensure immediate dispatch of my parcel.

@NzpDelhi This Saturday i visited NZP along with my mom. Its was sad to see these vendors charging double the prices for items. Water bottle 1L was charged 40 instead of 20 and when asked “lena h to lo wrna jao”. Whereas the board in front of store says to pay only MRP.

My mom a senior citizen,is travelling alone, all the coach is occupied by unreserved people, even denied to give her seat. Also not behaving properly.
Cmplnt already raised in rail madad. Action is reqd asap. Pnr-2435874634
