Just see this & respond how am I or that employee responsible for this company scam…cheating ppl around.

@EurekaforbesIN @jagograhakjago They chrg nvr provide proper document, after Service no updation on email. Dates given aren’t followed, even checked that no part costs 3k on their app. Genuine gold AMC does replacement of filter parts too I checked online. Read many such reviews for this brand.

@EurekaforbesIN @jagograhakjago Fraudulent company…which charges too high, nvr r on time for service other than the time when AMC is due. Interesting thing is when new AMC is due they service ur RO a day prior.

@EurekaforbesIN Its quite humiliating to knw ur hidden policies.U ppl put cap on AMC service booking after 4 services,if a person is raising complaint again n again means ur staff is ineffective.Tryng to raise complaint thru whatsapp, app, email(as m not in india) call too. Contd

@EurekaforbesIN Further on international call OTP didn’t come, I suggested to register complaint but either they cudnt hear me or asked me chng machine which is 3.5 yrs old only. Is this digital India for Eureka which humiliates its own customers like this.
