@shadowfax_in What action are you taking against such delivery agents who are harassing customers by giving missed calls and not visiting the location for the delivery and pickups? Such delivery agents should be blocked from your platform to save the company's reputation

@shadowfax_in delivery partner in my area is very rude & always reschedule delivery due to his inability to deliver. this has happened several times for delivery & return pickups. Take strict action against such delivery agents. His name is Ram Kashyap.

@shadowfax_in Tracking number: R2073387414FPL was scheduled to be pickedup yesterday & agent is reschduling it again and again by giving just missed calls on my mobile & even not visiting my premises for pickup. He is very rude & unprofessional. Please take strong action.

@shadowfax_in SF3310083005FPL. This is one of them where he kept rescheduling & i had to pick it from Shadowfax facility. There are multiple such cases. Another one that was to be picked today has again been rescheduled by him. For that tracking number is R2073387414FPL

@JioCare Ordered JioAirFiber connection on 29 Dec 25(Order #NO0001AQ9DPY). Despite multiple reminders, the connection is not installed. Customer care keeps giving the same response: “next few days.” Fed up with chasing. Please refund installation amount.

@reliancejio @JioCare Airfiber Order Number NO0001AQ9DPY booked on 29th Dec 25, but not installed till now after several reminders. If you can't install, stop taking bookings. Refund the booking amount charged if it can't be installed. Very poor and unprofessional service by Jio.

@JioCare @JioCare already 3 days have passed and no one has visited or contacted me for installation. I booked the connection 8 days back. If your team can't install it, please initiate a refund of the booking amount so that i can take connection from any other reliable service provider.
