@simplykashif Fair point. This is nothing new though. Most publically listed companies do this if their results do not surpass expectations to keep investors excited and stock performing well. Stock market loves news of workforce reduction as it means better top line.
Many don't realize the scale of progress. There are still challenges like everywhere else. A country of this size growing at this pace is bound to have.

@SBIMF I am trying to redeem an MF but it is stuck with some tax status. The agent is unable to help and raises more concerns but offers no solution.. I cannot imagine a reputed firm like yours cannot solve such a small redemption issue. Consider this an escalation.
@duCares Hello, let's talk here. You can call me on my cell. 0565760421. I have been wrongly charged for tech visit. The tech reported the problem is my side but there were du issues that he fixed and even after that I was only getting 300 Mbps when I should get 500 Mbps. This is wrong.
@duCares I escalated about wrong charges for tech visit 2 weeks back , no response and I can see you have charged me in April bill as well. this is incorrect to charge , it is in dispute. You should remove this charge or credit me back asap.

@FABConnects dear fab , pls do something about your IVR, it’s very hard to get to a human , the bot keeps repeating the same messages. Tried for 12 mins to get to a human but gave up. My enquirer was about giving you new business.

@CareemUAE I have Careem plus and taken 4 rides but due to problem in app I don’t get the discounts. The support keeps asking me to add promo code but there is no option in app and it also says discount is applied. Support repeats same message without resolution
@CareemUAE Your suggestion for adding promo code does not work my friend. Pls fix it and credit for the rides taken. Including today 5 rides to be credited. Look forward to speedy resolution.
@CareemUAE I have used Careem plus for multiple months , this adding promo code was never asked earlier. It was automatic earlier. You made some changes and didn’t communicate with users. When complain is raised you blame users. Not great way to serve your customers. #creditforrides
@CareemUAE The app says it’s activated. I have shared screenshot. This information is new and it contradicts with what your app says. As you asked there is no add promo code option also in the app. You should make amends and credit the deserved credits for the rides taken.
