Switched to ICICI after closure of fastag of @PaytmBank, now regretting about my decision. Rs.80 is deducted from account for crossing some toll plaza in Rajasthan. I stay in Pune and have not even pasted the fastag on my car yet.. No response even after DM to @ICICIBank_Care.

@heydigit I took 1 year own damage insurance for my 1 year old car on Nov-23 for apprx 12k. Now I have received mail from your team saying I have wrongly claimed no claim bonus discount and I need to pay 23k for the same..!!
Is it a joke or are guys serious about this🤔🤔😂😂

@1mgOfficial The complaint I raised on November 16 is not solved till now. I receive mails from customer care team every 2 or 3 days informing my issue is forwarded to the concerned team. How many months do you guys need to solve a small issue? Ticket No:700070088952

@KochiAirport Air conditioning is poor in domestic terminal gates. No airflow and people are sweating at midnight. Airport staff said this has to be said to 'someone' but don't know who is responsible for this. Horrible

@Airtel_Presence Shifting request getting delayed for one week and I receive only commitments everytime no resolution. If your system is not strong to meet the timeline you proudly showcases, do not force customers care team to lie everytime to customers. It feel awkward to hear it repeatedly

@Airtel_Presence More than 100hours after raising shifting request. Spoke with multiple supervisers and managers for hours and everyone is very sincere in giving assurance and promises. I think @airtelindia won't be able to do this. I feel I must surrender my connection and look for alternative.
