@EurekaForbes Except this general statements, there is no service back up from Eureka.. I am in Hyderabad and not in any remote area where service team can’t reach in 30 days.. That too when product is out of warranty and I am ready to pay charges just for defective product

@Swiggy Extremely disappointing act by Swiggy Team. I ordered food, Delivery agent cancelled my order and later Swiggy denied refund giving reasons as delivery agent tried calling me and since I have not picked phone, he canceled my order. But why he was calling me w/o reaching ?

@VijaySales Extremely poor services. Kondapur (Hyderabad) branch promised item to be delivered today but now they are saying it is not possible. At time of purchase I asked them many times to be sure of delivery on time and they conform. Today your staff is helpless
