@AmazonHelp I got message from Amazon India social media team that wait for 3-5 business days . This is same response that I got 12 times from customer call support but no one have update . This is too much .. it has been more than one month by waiting 3 days every time.

@AmazonHelp Firstly wrong product was delivered . Then replacement order was placed. Wrong product was picked on 29 Sep. But till now I did not get my right/replacement order. It has been 36 days for waiting of order.
