@airindiain following up since October 2021 for a refund. There are repeated assurance provided with a recent claim that this has been refunded. Air India is neither responding to messags nor sending any confirmation note on refund with specific details. Pl suggest recourse.
@airindiain How do you want me to be assured : 1. it had take almost a year to process refund 2. There were quality issue in your refund and you ended up doing partial refund 3. There is w zero communication on status from Air India. If I do not follow up, I do not get to know anything.
@airindiain Both 1st right, no follow up, Air India -Cancelled in Oct 2021. After several follow first processing in Jul partially paid, now waiting with new deadline to sort out remaining. Fingers crossed.

@airindiain It is quite interesting how different airlines act of refunds vs claims. Have had two recent experience.
@IndiGo6E flight cancelled on 20th Aug because of bad weather. Refund arrived in the bank account on 22nd August. Thank you Indigo, I like the process.
