It's frustrating that the bank RMs sell bonds/ policies citing various tax and other benefits etc. But for maturity/ liquidation time, it takes months to even make any progress.

I requested for RM change seeing no accountability and responsibility. And making request on support email, but they are asking for visiting nearest branch. Why does this require physical visit, and can’t be done online over email/ phone?

@rblbank it’s been a really pathetic service experience. I am locked out and not able to use my bank account, netbanking since 3-4 weeks. The relationship manager, aspire banking premium support has been really unhelpful and useless. Seems nobody has any clue to fix the issue.

@rblbank@RBLBankCares N no. of times, I have screenshots of the failure, and error message on email and whatsapp. And its the same error that shows in screenshot, but still getting no actual resolution of the fix. Seems nobody knows whats going wrong, and just blindly marking ticket closed.
