As New Jersey Muslim communities gather in observance of Eid al-Adha, we honor the principles of faith and sacrifice that have to come to embody the celebration.
Wishing all who celebrate a peaceful and joyous Eid.
Congratulations to Sen. @declanoscanlon, Sen. @vingopal, and all of the honorees at The Jersey Shore Partnership's 2026 Summer Celebration. @VNAHealthGroup was proud to support the event and the Partnership's critical advocacy for coastal protection and Jersey Shore communities.
HINJ was proud to sponsor the @vingopal Civic Association’s 2026 Awards Reception at the Stone Pony last night – bringing together leaders and community champions to celebrate service and impact across New Jersey.
Senator Vin Gopal, Margie Donlon and Luanne Peterpaul understand the importance of listening to constituents, and take the opportunity to provide some insight into that process. Read full column at https://t.co/xTZBb4Ay1k @vingopal@TeamMonmouth
Great send-off for our NJ officers in the Police Unity Tour! The group left yesterday starting their ride down to D.C. for National Police Week.
They ride to honor our fallen officers and to support their families. Proud to support them!

I am thankful President Trump and everyone attending last night's White House Correspondents' Dinner is safe.
I'm grateful for the work of the first responders, particularly the brave Secret Service agent who reportedly was shot and saved by their protective vest.
Plain and simple, political violence should not be the answer in a democracy.
Videos of masked ICE agents unlawfully detaining a US citizen and resident of Asbury Park were recorded on the morning of Wednesday, April 15 at the corner of Main Street and Bangs Avenue. As seen in the videos, federal agents ignored our constituent’s repeated attempts to identify herself as a US citizen and forced her to be separated from her young children who were watching nearby from their family vehicle. After being detained for 8 hours, she was subsequently released from Delaney Hall in Newark without charges and left with noticeable bruising from being physically handled by ICE agents.
ICE's actions of separating families and targeting US citizens continues to be horrific and unacceptable. We have been in contact with the family to offer our support and to connect them with resources. We have also reached out to the Monmouth County Prosecutor and to the New Jersey Attorney General to ask for their assistance in protecting our residents.

FIFA is charging fans up to $10,000 for a single ticket to the final.
They’re charging over $200 for “premium” parking at the American Dream Mall – while eliminating parking at MetLife Stadium.
They’re set to make $11 billion off of the World Cup overall.
But New Jerseyans should foot a $48 million bill for transportation costs?
Not happening.
As the proud host of the highly anticipated World Cup, New Jerseyans should feel excited about the economic boom and the camaraderie of nations it will bring to our state, and not have to worry about price gouging and additional financial strain to NJ Transit. FIFA is positioned to make billions of dollars in profit, and forcing our transit system to foot the bill for expanded access is an unacceptable cost to our residents.
I applaud the Governor’s firm stance and strong initiative to dispute the additional costs on our transit system.
We inherited an agreement where FIFA is providing $0 for transportation to the World Cup.
And while NJ TRANSIT is stuck with a $48 million bill to safely get fans to and from games, FIFA is making $11 billion.
I’m not going to stick New Jersey commuters with that tab for years to come.
FIFA should pay for the rides. But if they don’t – I’m not going to let New Jersey get taken for one.

Beautiful morning with Ocean Township Little League! Had fun throwing out the first pitch - Great to join Mayor Napolitani and Assemblywoman Donlon.
Hundreds of Ocean Township players and parents helped start the season off with a wonderful parade!
Thank you to all the Little League Board Members, coaches and parents for all you do to make this enjoyable for all the kids!

For those who celebrate Easter - May the promise of Easter fill your heart with new hope and lasting peace!
For those who celebrate Passover - Chag Sameach!
I am appalled by the horrifying attack on a synagogue in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and I strongly condemn this act of violence. My heart is with Michigan’s Jewish community, and I commend the swift response by security personnel that ensured none of the staff or children were harmed. Every person – of every faith and background – deserves to feel safe in their house of worship and in their community.
My office is closely monitoring the situation. While there are no specific threats to New Jersey at this time, I am working with federal, state, and county authorities across our state to ensure the safety of our communities.
