@marshalwahlexyz @dannie_umeadi @Elkrosmediahub Even when you are paid in fx, job salaries for a role are rated based on cost of living, labour laws etc of a particular country. For most foreign companies, its less expensive to get remote workers in places like Nigeria because they won't have to pay pension, health, etc.
