@neoavatara The banks decided to lend, because they still get paid interest. If the immigrant skips the country or otherwise fails to pay, the banks still get to foreclose on the property and recover their money. It’s a financial contract between two private entities.
Where’s the risk?
What do you mean “allowed”? The banks decided to lend, because they still get paid interest. If the immigrant skips the country or otherwise fails to pay, the banks still get to foreclose on the property and recover their money. It’s a financial contract between two private entities.
@Simon_Ingari Friend: Okay, I give up. What does it mean?
Me: "Can we please talk? 2 minds don't read, keep understanding, you'll get no stress."
Friend: That's not even a real phrase.
Me: Exactly. You remembered it.
That's the whole point of a good password.
@FuckedUpYogis@razibkhan Not sure if you’re being facetious.
The northeastern part of India is a world apart from the rest. Maharashtra is a lot like Pakistan. Etc.
@YoutubeJayson@hungryhorsepokr Just to be clear. We’re not talking about winning *on average*.
Long term, 99 is a slightly winning to breakeven hand. It’s probably a very tiny part of your overall win rate.
You don’t just get to win because you’re a “high stakes pro”. Thinking players will figure out what you’re doing and adjust.
In low stakes these days, I see players 3-betting all kinds of medium pocket pairs these days — just because the “pros” do it — and it’s just a splash-fest out there.
@hungryhorsepokr I hear ya bro.
I’m sure you play 99 well as a squeeze.
Point is, medium pocket pairs don’t flop well most of the time, and most players have no idea what to do in those 88% cases.
@hungryhorsepokr Let’s say your specific opponent always bets top pair, and he didn’t bet the Q743 board. Why not attack his weak check-back range on the turn?
You don’t need to get to showdown if you can steal it here and now?
