@UberEats is just getting worse! I ordered dinner and it never arrived and I got a notification that my order was delivered. When I raised an issue I was immediately refunded but what about the inconvenience of ordering dinner again at 10pm when most restaurants have closed!!!

@airindiain Oh my god!!! The customer care team doesn’t have any information at all. The refund I got on 2nd June was just $69 and I’m supposed to receive close to around $1800 after deducting the $400 penalty fee which I was informed about while cancelling my tickets.
