@mauraball @vincenzolandino 2/ I like this way because the treadmill does what it does best, and I can switch between walk or run, and I’m not concerned about it wearing out. There is plenty of room when it’s up to walk, have never felt like I was going to slide off the back of the treadmill.

@mauraball @vincenzolandino 1/ The right side is connected with the strap but not the left. Since it has rubber grips on the bottom, this makes it super easy to either let it hang off the right handle if I want to run/jog without it in the way, or just swing it back up to desk mode.
