Samsung confirmed no physical damage but denied free repair as “out of warranty” and asked ₹16,000.
Why push faulty updates if Samsung won’t take responsibility?

Many Galaxy S21 users are facing green/pink line issues after software updates. If this is a software-triggered AMOLED failure, why should customers bear screen replacement costs—irrespective of device age? This is a quality issue, not misuse.
