@VeryHelpers Hi my order said it was dispatched by Royal Mail 24 yesterday at 11:35am but the tracking still shows as they are waiting on the item. Could you look into this?

@ashcfc88 Exactly!!! Seems to me that some might be coming from outside the UK so RM tracking doesn’t update till it lands in the UK. I got the disc edition with Miles. What did you buy?

@ashcfc88 Very just came back to me and said as they are processed in batches it likely RM having collected it yet. Fingers crossed there is an update by the end of the day then

@VipersVe @VeryHelpers What’s worse is they say it’s dispatch but hasn’t been. Got told Friday it’s dispatch but tracking shows it’s not. Very’s answer we can’t help you wait till 31st 🤔

@VeryHelpers Order still not arrived and tracking still shows the item has not arrived with Royal Mail in a next day delivery you said was dispatched yesterday. Obviously it’s not been shipped yet and you can’t just be honest about it

@VeryHelpers @ConnorMcleod_97 Same has happened to me. It says it’s being sent by RM tracked 24, so was expecting it today, but there is no tracking update and it still says they are waiting on it to arrive with them.
