■ In a Major development in North #Bengaluru, The #Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) has issued a notification to acquire 593 acres of land adjoining #STRR/ITIR #Devanahalli for a major housing project.

● An additional notification for 179 acres in Managondanahalli shall be out soon, which would bring the total project size to over 770 acres.

● The land is spread across four villages in the Kundana hobli of Devanahalli taluk: Vishwanathapura, Beerasandra, Shyanappanahalli, and Vajarahalli.

● The KHB is utilizing a 50-50 Attractive land-sharing formula. Under this model, landowners will receive 50% of the developed land (plots) back. Landowners can benefit immensely by entering JDA with developers on these plots.

● In the same locality, #KIADB has reserved about 200 Acres from 4 Industrial Layouts of ITIR.

● The project shall meet the massive surge in residential demand caused by rapid Industries & Tech Corridor development in the region, driven by the #Foxconn hub and other major investments & Proximity to @BLRAirport

● This whole area on STRR shall see a Massive Residential development of about 970 Acres in KHB & KIADB with an accomadation for about 4 Lac people in coming days.
