@c2c_Rail do you not think it might be a good idea to let people know you’ve cancelled 16 trains in advance this afternoon/evening “due to forecast severe weather”. I know we have to use your service and have no other choice but please inform your paying customers!

@c2c_Rail thanks for nothing this evening. All the way to Upminster from Baker St on the tube then a £36 Uber back to Chafford to pick my car up. If you provided this service anywhere else you’d be bankrupt in weeks.

@c2c_Rail yet another night of zero service to Chafford Hundred! Only way home is an Uber from Upminster costing £36. What will you offer, delay repay of £3? Why do we even bother commuting with this ridiculous train line? Would be quicker and better served if I walked.

@RupertLowe10 Completely agree, if you really want to get kids out of poverty give the families food vouchers. At least that way the parents won’t just spend it on the next hair extensions or cigarettes
